Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in satisfaction with supervision. The results were verified according to each cluster type by classifying clusters according to the level of supervisory style and counselor self-efficacy, as perceived by the counselor. For the purpose of the current study, data from 184 counselors who receive personal supervision, was collected and then analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. First, there was a significant positive correlation in supervision style, counselor self-efficacy, and satisfaction with supervision. Second, as a result of classifying clusters according to the level of each variable, four clusters were able to be discerned. Third, the data analysis verified the differences in the clusters¡¯ satisfaction with supervision levels, as classified by supervision style and counselor self-efficacy. The above findings indicate that satisfaction with supervision is directly related to the supervision style and counselor self-efficacy.
